I have much interest in those trials where individuals that have something to do with the institutions that they work for have established a blog, but that the blog is managed independently and voluntarily by the group of people. I see much potentialities in those. In case of Japanese, it would be quite difficult to manage a blog that deals with the issues that the individuals have something to do in their business activities. However, if you pursue the policy by which individuals would not touch anything on the issues related to their businesses, it could become very difficult to start a blog for most of the Japanese. I found that there were two logos, the one of World Bank in the upper left and the one of IFC in the upper right, although the blog is considered to be the one managed by individuals.
